Booking, payment, what is included and what to expect on the day.
01How do I book?
Open a voyage, pick a date and your party: the price is live. You pay on a secure page and your confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away. Prefer to chat? The crew books it with you on WhatsApp.
02How do I pay?
By card or PromptPay, on a secure payment page run by our booking partner, Phi Phi Paradise Travel. Pay a deposit now and the rest in cash to the crew on the day, or everything online. For a date at least 8 days away you can also save your card today and be charged 7 days before.
03How far ahead can I book?
You can book online until 18:00 (Thailand time) the day before your voyage. For a closer date, ask the crew on WhatsApp and we will check for you.
04What is included?
It depends on the voyage. Day trips include snorkeling gear, life jackets, drinking water and fresh fruit, and lunch on the full days. Each voyage page lists exactly what comes with it.
05Are there park fees?
James Bond Island, Hong Island and Koh Phi Phi are national parks. When a park fee applies, it is shown with the price and paid in cash on the day.
06Where do we meet?
At Laem Hat pier, Koh Yao Noi. Your departure time is on your confirmation; please be there 15 minutes before.
07Are the voyages private?
Yes. Every voyage is private and priced per boat: the boat is yours, for your group only, with no other guests on board.
08Do children pay?
On a private boat the price is for the boat, not per person: just count everyone in your party, children included.
09What if the weather is bad?
Your safety comes first. If the sea is not safe, we contact you to move your date. The cancellation terms are shown before you pay and in your confirmation e-mail.
